Jaya currently serves as the General Manager Marketing and Head of Marketing at Redington Limited since February 2023. Previously, Jaya was the Head of Marketing at the Indian School of Development Management from July 2022 to February 2023, where responsibilities included revamping the marketing strategy and overseeing lead generation and content marketing. Earlier roles include Head of Global Marketing at AJV Global, Head of Marketing & Strategic Alliance at BluPrints, Co-Founder of Ohio Style Solutions, Manager at The Energy and Resources Institute, Strategic Account Manager at Dun and Bradstreet, and Assistant Manager - Marketing at India Infrastructure Research. Jaya holds an M.B.A. in Marketing from Amity University and a B.E. in Electrical from Nagpur University.
