Shakya Abeywickrama

Shakya Abeywickrama is the VP, Divisional GM of Marketing Services at Vendasta. Prior to joining Vendasta, Shakya was with Co.Labs as well as Vendasta. Before that, Shakya worked at Future Shop for 4 years, where they were a Sales Floor Manager and Sales Consultant. Shakya has also worked as an educator, teaching Business Studies at Stafford International School Sri Lanka.

Shakya Abeywickrama has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Edith Cowan University. Shakya is certified in Leadership from Best Buy Canada and in Training for Teaching Business Studies for IGCSE from Pearson.

Shakya Abeywickrama reports to Brendan King, CEO & Board Member. They are on a team with Desiree Kupietz - VP, Partner Development, Jeff Tomlin - Chief Marketing Officer, and Jean Parchewsky - VP People Operations.
