Suresh comes with 3 decades of IT services experience having worked in variety of Services and Support leadership roles across country , region and global roles. In his last role at HP, he was Senior Director – Customer Support for India market responsible for Customer Experience, Product and Process Quality, managing multicultural large teams, Cost of delivery, new age services design and delivery and Services revenue. He joined Redington Gulf in Oct’22 to lead Ensure Services. He is based in Dubai where he lives with his Wife, Daughter and Pet.
