Andrew Westby

Andrew Westby is a Financial Analyst with extensive experience in the finance and real estate sectors. Currently, Andrew holds positions at both redIQ and Berkadia, having started at redIQ in May 2022 and Berkadia in July 2021. Prior to these roles, Andrew served as a Net Lease Investment Advisor at Sands Investment Group from October 2020 to May 2021, and completed internships at CBRE and Merrill Lynch earlier in 2019. Andrew also gained experience as a Financial Analyst through earlier roles, including a position as a Residential Development Intern at Traditions of America in 2018. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Lafayette College, where studies were conducted from 2016 to 2020, following education at The Haverford School from 2002 to 2016.
