Jennifer Craig

Jennifer Craig is currently the President & CEO at REDISCOVER. Jennifer has previous experience as the Chief Operating Officer at Centerstone of Illinois and as the Interim Chief Executive Officer at WellSpring Resources. Jennifer has also served as the Manager of Human Resources at the Community Counseling Center of Northern Madison County.

Jennifer has a proven track record in leading and growing organizations. At Centerstone of Illinois, they provided the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure the organization had the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures and people systems in place to effectively deliver excellent clinical services, grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.

As Interim Chief Executive Officer at WellSpring Resources, they were responsible for leading the development and execution of the organization's strategic initiatives during a period of rapid change and growth. Jennifer also facilitated WellSpring's merger negotiations with Centerstone. In addition to their responsibilities for day-to-day management decisions and ensuring operations supported the organization's mission, Jennifer also served as liaison between the Board and leadership of the organization. Jennifer was responsible for communicating on behalf of WellSpring to stakeholders, employees, funders and the community.

Jennifer began their career in 2002 as the Manager of Human Resources at the Community Counseling Center of Northern Madison County. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of human resources for the organization, including recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Jennifer Craig has a Bachelor of Science in Human Development & Social Policy and Counseling Psychology from Northwestern University. Jennifer also has a Master of Science in Organization and Management, Human Resources Management from Capella University, and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Trinity International University. Jennifer is also certified from SHRM in SHRM-SCP Senior Certified Professional and from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in SPHR - Senior Professional in Human Resources. Additionally, they are certified by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation as an LCPC - Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor.
