Bridget Poulos

Bridget Poulos is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and sales management, currently serving as the Global Talent Manager at Redis since 2025, focusing on GTM across multiple regions including AMER, APAC, and EMEA. Prior to Redis, Bridget held the position of GTM Talent Acquisition at Abnormal Security from 2023 to 2025, and spent four years at Harness as an Enterprise Sales Manager and later as Director of Worldwide Sales Development, earning recognition in the FY21 President's Club and receiving the Star Performance Award. Earlier roles include Global Talent Acquisition Director with a focus on sales for Americas, EMEA, and APAC, and management positions in talent acquisition at AppDynamics and Dynatrace. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Business Management and Psychology from Central Michigan University and an M.A. in Counseling from Oakland University.
