Elsa Watanabe

Elsa Watanabe is an experienced professional with a background in sales compensation and financial management. Currently serving in the Commissions department at Redis since September 2023, Watanabe previously held the position of Head of Sales Compensation at Dropbox from March 2019 to February 2022, along with a role as Sales Compensation Manager. Prior experience includes various positions at Lithium Technologies from May 2014 to March 2019, culminating in Manager, Go-To Market Compensation, and earlier roles as Senior Commissions Analyst, Commissions Analyst, Accounts Payable Accountant, and Accounts Receivable Accountant.
