Oren Karmi

Oren Karmi is a Technical Account Manager for Enterprise Customers at Redis Labs, responsible for increasing annual recurring revenue through proactive customer engagement and enhancing customer satisfaction via training and best practices. Prior to Redis Labs, Oren held multiple roles at Mavenir, including Solutions Architect and System Engineer, where responsibilities included leading solution architecture for presale opportunities and creating tailored system requirements. Oren's earlier experience includes roles as a Customer Support Expert and Application Performance Expert, as well as a Software Engineer at Check Point and co-founder of 3D Scope, contributing to software development and project management. Oren Karmi holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
