Todd Hixson

Todd Hixson is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in technology and software solutions. Currently serving as the Regional Account Manager for the Southeast at Redis since July 2023, Todd focuses on enhancing app performance through real-time data platforms. Prior roles include Field Account Executive at Calabrio, Inc., specializing in Workforce Optimization for contact centers, and Senior Account Executive at First, where expertise in machine learning and AI was developed. Additionally, Todd has held positions at Citrix Online, Qualys, Samanage, Red Hat, Bandwidth.com, and Ameriquest Mortgage Company, achieving notable sales milestones and recognition, including three Presidents Club accolades. Todd holds a BA in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a degree in American History from the University of Mississippi, complemented by a unique experience during a Semester in Kenya through NOLS.
