Yoav Weiss

Yoav Weiss serves as the Director of Software Automation Engineering at Redis since June 2021, where responsibilities include forming the Cloud Unit Automation group and fostering collaboration among automation teams to support Redis's mission of becoming the primary database for breaking vendor cloud lock-in. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Imperva, where Yoav led the SaaS Cloud WAF automation team, achieving 100% automation coverage from inception, and built the Automation Infrastructure team in the Cloud Unit. Additional positions include QA Manager at Micro Focus and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, as well as an Automation Software Developer at Jive Software. Yoav began the career as a Programmer at MPL-way and holds a BSC in Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
