Donatas Gricius

Donatas Gricius is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Head of Marketing at redk, focusing on CRM and CX Transformation since June 2023. Previously, Donatas held the position of Head of Marketing at Rethink from December 2020 to June 2023, where responsibilities included developing a new marketing function aimed at attracting Enterprise customers and strengthening brand presence in the recruitment market. Donatas also served as Marketing Manager at UpSkill Digital, successfully implementing a growth strategy that enhanced sales and positioned the CEO as a thought leader in digital skills. Prior to this, Donatas was a Digital Marketing Consultant at Ambassador London Ltd, founding a startup that served over 50 international clients across various sectors. Additional experience includes a role as Digital Marketing Manager at Efficiency Leaders, where strategic marketing initiatives were established in the APAC region. Donatas holds qualifications in Strategic Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute and Digital Marketing from Squared Online.
