Karen Charles

Karen Charles has extensive experience in the field of community services and early childhood education. Currently serving as the Corporate Partnerships Coordinator at Redkite since August 2018, Karen previously held the position of Program Coordinator at Hackham West Community Centre from October 2004 to June 2018, overseeing over 30 programs for more than 2000 community members. Additionally, Karen worked as a Workplace Assessor for the City of Marion and Tafe SA partnership from July 2008 to June 2011, developing tailored learning plans for staff in Children's Programs. From January 2003 to December 2009, Karen served as a Workplace and Field Assessor at Tafe SA - South, helping adult learners in the Child Care Industry enhance their qualifications. Karen's career began as the Director of Tiny Tots Academy from September 1995 to December 2003, where responsibilities included establishing the center's policies and staffing.
