Tracey-Joy Francis is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in educational support, corporate partnerships, and community development. Currently serving as a Student Success Advisor at Murdoch University since April 2019 and as a Corporate Partnerships Coordinator for Redkite since May 2018, Tracey-Joy also contributes as a Seasonal Undergraduate Tutor for the Indigenous Tutoring Assistance Scheme. Prior roles include Reception and Communications Officer at Murdoch University, Community Development Officer at the Community Development Resource Association, and Event and Logistics Coordinator at Africa Oil, Gas and Energy Australia. Tracey-Joy's earlier experience also encompasses roles in community development with the African Women's Council of Australia and fashion advising with Witchery Fashions Pty Ltd. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and the Media, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Community Development, culminating in an Honours degree in Arts, Sociology from Murdoch University.
