Richard Yaross

Richard Yaross has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Richard started their career in 1981 at Ralphs Grocery Company as a Clerk, where they worked for six years. In 1987, they joined the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation Juvenile Division, where they served in various roles over two decades, including Youth Correctional Counselor, Senior Youth Correctional Counselor, and Treatment Team Supervisor. Richard worked at different facilities within the division and was also part of the Compliance Review Unit from 2003 to 2006. Since 2006, Richard has been working at Arrowhead Christian Academy/Redlands Christian School as a Facilities Director, overseeing a large campus with multiple school buildings and sports fields. Richard has also taken on additional roles such as Athletic Director and Transportation Director at the school.

Richard Yaross attended California State University-San Bernardino from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice.
