Valentine Duran

Valentine Duran has a diverse work experience. Valentine started their career at Redlands Community Hospital, where they held various roles including Director of Medical Surgical Services, Manager of Quality and Patient Safety, Nurse Manager, Clinical Staff Educator, and LEAN Coordinator. Valentine also served as a Board Member at Inland Empire Healthcare Education Consortium and Association of California Nurse Leaders (ACNL). Additionally, they were the President of the Academy of Medical-Surgical Nurses (AMSN). Valentine later became a Licensed Realtor at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. and worked as a Clinical Instructor at California Baptist University.

Valentine Duran holds a Doctorate Nursing Practice degree from Grand Canyon University, which was obtained between 2013 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Nursing Education from the University of Phoenix, which was earned from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Loma Linda University, completed from 2003 to 2006. Furthermore, Duran possesses certifications such as a Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML) from the American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE) achieved in September 2017 and a Certified Medical Surgical Registered Nurse certification from the Academy of Medical-Surgical Nurses (AMSN) obtained in 2010.
