Robert Gutman has extensive experience in various roles within the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary, including serving as a Flotilla Member, Flotilla Staff Officer in Communications, Staff Officer for Diversity, and Vice Flotilla Commander. In addition to this, Robert has volunteered with San Bernardino ECS since May 2019 and has held the position of Service Records Analyst Sr. at Loma Linda University Health from August 2021 to May 2024. Robert's prior experience includes work in business office support roles at Loma Linda University Health Services, leadership positions at Gardena Genesis SDA, and security at Central California Conference. Robert began vocational experience in administrative functions with BSA International and worked as an Assistant Job Coach at Ability Counts, Inc. Robert’s education includes coursework in Business/Commerce at Crafton Hills College and ongoing training with the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary, aiming to achieve the Auxop designation.

The Redlands Police Department is a full service police department in the city of Redlands (CA). The uniformed Patrol Officer is one of the most visible members of the Redlands Police Department. Patrol officers provide twenty four hour a day service to the community, responding to a variety of emergency and non- emergency calls for service. Risk Focused Policing operates by identifying risk factors in the community, and controlling crime before it happens. The Redlands Police Department evolved to focus on doing more than reacting to crime after it happens, by identifying the risk factors leading to crime we can combat them and prevent crime.
