Steve Ramsey

Steve Ramsey has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Steve began their career in 2000 as a Systems Engineer at JPL (NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory), where they worked for three years. In 2003, they joined the United States Department of Defense as a Mathematician, and stayed there for seven years. In 2010, Steve started working at ManTech as a Principal Software Developer and remained with the company for four years. Steve then joined TASC, Inc. as a Principal Software Developer for a year before moving to Raytheon in 2015, where they worked as a Software Developer for a year and three months. In 2015, Steve also worked as an Android Instructor at NewCircle for nearly two years. Their most recent position is as a Developer at REDLattice Inc., where they have been working since November 2016.

Steve Ramsey has a diverse education history. Steve began their academic journey by completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, with a focus on Control theory, at the United States Air Force Academy between 1996 and 2000. Concurrently, they also pursued a second Bachelor of Science degree in Astronautical Engineering from the same institution during the same time period. Following this, between 1994 and 1996, Ramsey attended the University of Louisville where they studied Music - specifically, Guitar. Later on, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science at the University of Maryland University College, which they completed between 2005 and 2006. Finally, Ramsey enrolled at The Johns Hopkins University and obtained another Master of Science degree in Computer Science from 2008 to 2009.
