Nikki Darling-Kuria is a seasoned professional in the field of early childhood education and content innovation, currently serving as the Strategic Leader of Content and Innovation at Redleaf Press since August 2020. Additionally, Nikki is the President of Creative Knowledge Development, a consulting business focusing on instructional design and curriculum development, which was re-established after nearly nine years at ZERO TO THREE, where Nikki held the position of Program Director from October 2011 to March 2020. Other notable roles include Ex-Officio Board Member for the National Workforce Registry Alliance and Member at Large for the National Association for Family Child Care.
