Rod Hemphill

Rod Hemphill has extensive experience in management and program development, currently serving as District Manager at REDLEE/SCS, Inc. since March 2002, where the company is recognized as a leading minority-owned janitorial organization, managing the cleaning of over 45 million square feet nightly. Prior to this role, Rod was a Program Supervisor at the YMCA of Greater Charlotte from 1998 to 2002, overseeing various departments and implementing sports programs. Additionally, Rod was the Athletic Director at Tom A. Finch Community YMCA from 1992 to 1998, where responsibilities included program development and staff supervision. Rod Hemphill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation Administration from Mars Hill College, earned between 1985 and 1989.
