Dexter Lat Macaisa has over 24 years of work experience in the semiconductor industry. Dexter Lat began their career as a Process Engineer at Amkor Technology in 1997 and worked there until 2003. Dexter Lat then joined STATS ChipPAC Ltd. as a New Product Introduction Engineer from 2003 to 2005. Dexter then moved to Infineon Technologies as a Package Development Engineer from 2006 to 2007. Dexter Lat continued their career at STMicroelectronics as a Senior Research and Development Engineer from 2007 to 2008. Dexter then joined UTAC as a Senior Associate Engineer from 2008 to 2010. Dexter Lat then returned to STATS ChipPAC Ltd. as a Senior Process Engineer from 2010 to 2016. Currently, Dexter is working at Redlen Technologies Inc. Dexter Lat started as an Assembly Process Development Engineer from 2016 to 2019. Dexter Lat then became the Team Lead/Supervisor for Assembly and Test Engineering from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Dexter holds the position of Lead Engineer Assembly Process Development-Module Engineering at Redlen Technologies Inc. starting from April 2022.
Dexter Lat Macaisa is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Fredericton's Sandermoen School of Business. Prior to this, they obtained an Engineer's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Technological University of the Philippines in 2002. In addition, Dexter completed a program in Instrumentation Technology/Technician at Don Bosco Technical College, Mandaluyong, from 1994 to 1997.
