Meysam ShojaeeNejad has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Meysam started their career as an Embedded Systems Developer at Sadranoor Electronics in 2006 and worked there until 2010. Meysam then became an Industrial Automation Engineer at WASCO (West Asia Steel Co.) from 2010 to 2011. Meysam then transitioned to the role of a Hardware/Firmware Engineer at PSH Co. from 2011 to 2012 and later at SEDNA Co. from 2012 to 2015. Following that, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Alberta from 2015 to 2017. Meysam then joined picoTera Electronics Inc. as a Hardware/Firmware Engineer in 2018 and worked there until 2020. Currently, Meysam is employed as a Detector Engineer at Redlen Technologies Inc. starting from July 2020.

Meysam ShojaeeNejad obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Qom from 2005 to 2010. After that, they pursued a Master of Arts - MA in Philosophy with a focus on Logic at Tarbiat Modares University from 2011 to 2014. Meysam further continued their education at the University of Alberta, where they completed a Master of Arts - MA program in Philosophy, Mind, and Cognitive Science from 2015 to 2017.
