Sunny Basi, P.Eng.

Sunny Basi, P.Eng has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Sunny currently serves as the Manager of Facilities Design Engineering at Redlen Technologies Inc., a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Thomson Technology for fourteen years, starting as a Mechanical Engineering Manager in September 2007 and serving in that role until August 2021. Additionally, Sunny worked as a Representative at Primerica from October 2005 to September 2007. Sunny began their engineering career as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Simson-Maxwell, where they worked from February 2000 to April 2003.

Sunny Basi, P.Eng. pursued their education by first obtaining a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of British Columbia from 1993 to 1998. Sunny then furthered their education by obtaining a Certificate in CAD 2D & 3D from the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 2000 to 2005. Additionally, in August 2019, Sunny Basi obtained the Professional Engineer certification from Engineers and Geoscientists BC.
