Laura Watson

Laura Watson is an experienced aviation security professional currently serving as an Aviation Security Instructor at Redline Assured Security since September 2022, where responsibilities include delivering high-standard training, mentoring new instructors, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Prior to this role, Laura served as a Police Constable with Surrey Police, providing community safety and crime deterrence. Experience also includes a position as a Prison Officer with Laura's Majesty's Prison and Probation Service and various roles at Heathrow Airport, including DfT Accredited Aviation Security and Compliance Trainer, where Laura developed and delivered training programs to uphold aviation security standards. Laura holds a National Diploma in Uniformed and non-Uniformed Public Services from Brooklands Technical College.
