Nik Baukov

Nik Baukov has a diverse work experience. Nik started their career in 2008 as a Regional Football Analyst at RunningBall. Nik then worked at Citi as a Credit Risk Analyst and later as a Personal Loans Policy Intern in Risk Management. In 2016, they joined Medme as an Analyst. From 2017 to 2019, Nik worked at Xploration Capital, first as an Associate focusing on investment deals and development of Entrepreneurs in Residence, and later as Chief of Staff. In 2019, they joined Otkritie as a Project Manager. From 2021 to 2022, they served as the Strategy & Innovation Director at Mission:Luna. Currently, they are an Investment Director at red_mad_robot.

Nik Baukov earned a Bachelor's degree in System Analysis and Management from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (State University) (MIPT) in 2015. Nik then pursued a Master's degree in Technology Project Management from the same institution and graduated in 2017.
