Antonia Smith

Antonia Smith is an accomplished professional with over 18 years of experience in talent strategy and human resources. As the Founder and Director of Avidity + Co since April 2019, Antonia focuses on empowering businesses to grow and adapt by prioritizing their workforce. In addition to leading Avidity + Co, Antonia serves as an HR and Talent Advisor for Workshop Software Pty Ltd and Redmap, and as a Counsellor & Therapist for Thinkful Pty Ltd, a mental health initiative aimed at bridging gaps in the counselling space. Previous roles include Talent Advisor positions at oobe and PagerDuty and a Global Talent Partner role at Scaled Agile, Inc. Antonia holds a Bsc Hons in Sport, Exercise & Coaching Science from The Manchester Metropolitan University, a Diploma of Counselling from the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors, and various certifications in human resource management and mentoring.
