Victoria Cowan

Victoria Cowan is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and operations within the industry. Currently serving as Project Executive at Redmond since February 2025, Victoria focuses on expanding the company's presence in Colorado, particularly in healthcare, science, and technology projects. Prior to this role, Victoria held various positions at Performance Contracting, Inc. (PCI) from November 2009 to November 2024, including Operations Manager and Director of Integrated Design and Construction. Additional experience includes roles at Heavenly Area Ski Patrol, The Raymond Group, and Rudolph and Sletten, showcasing a robust background in diverse construction and project management roles.
