Redmoor Health are proudly leading on the following national and regional NHS projects. We work across the whole of the UK with teams based across the country. Telephony implementation - supporting practices and PCNs to implement advanced telephony solutions at a regional and ICB level. Development and implementation of the digital journey planner. Supported by the NHS, the DJP is a free to access tool that enables GP practices to assess their levels of digital maturity. Website audits - building on our work with NHS England - we have developed a GP and PCN website checklist that measures websites against national standards. We can also support teams with procurement using out knowledge of the market suppliers. PCN hubs. We are designing and implementing the first fully scaleable PCN hubs. Working with local teams to co-design PCN hubs. Strategic partnerships - our team consists of experienced primary care specialists and we work in partnership with regional and local commissioners as a trusted partner to support them with their digital strategy implementation. We provide a fully integrated communications managed service for GP practices and PCNs. This includes supporting with communications strategy, social media end to end management, branding, marketing and website management. We provide a digital managed service for PCNs to support them with their digital and transformation ARRS recruitment needs. We provide three levels of support from Foundation to intermediate to a fully managed service. Lloyd George notes - we support the programme management, commissioning and implemention of Lloyd George record digitisation. We provide CPD up-skilling of front line clinicians across the country - Including training on social media, video consultation, apps, and other technology.
