Morten Østbye

Morten Østbye is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and software development, currently serving as Project Manager and Senior .NET Developer at Redningsselskapet since April 2020, leading a .NET Core microservices project. As the Founder and Chairman of Adelfia AS since August 2014, Morten has been providing consultancy services in tech project management and business development. Previous roles include Senior .NET Developer at Statens vegvesen, where Morten worked on modernizing a vehicle inspection booking system, and CTO and co-founder of Truegroups AS, overseeing the development of a cloud-based communication platform. Morten’s earlier career includes various positions at Microsoft, focusing on business development and partner management across Nordic markets, and founding Prevent AS. Morten holds a BSc in Computation from The University of Manchester and a Certificate of Higher Education in International Marketing Management from Bournemouth University.
