Fred Naile has a strong background in construction and facilities management. Fred most recently served as the Director of Facilities Management & Construction for the Redondo Beach Unified School District, where they oversaw day-to-day operations and a $200 million+ construction program. Prior to this role, they worked as a Field Superintendent for Douglas E Barnhart and Resource Builders. Earlier in their career, Fred was a Project Manager for M&M Interiors, where they managed retail TI projects across multiple states. Fred also served as the Vice President for GC Acoustics, where they were responsible for field management, estimating, and customer service.
Fred Naile attended Spring-Ford High School and Western Montgomery County Technical Training School from 1972 to 1974. Fred completed their high school education during this period, with a focus on general education and electrical construction and maintenance.
