Megan Bryce has a diverse work experience in the education field. Megan started their career in 2008 as a Lead Caregiver at Respite Outreach Care of Kansas Organization, where they worked until November 2011. In 2009, they also worked as a Middle Schools Assistant at Circle of Friends, until May 2010.

In 2011, Megan joined Wichita Public Schools as an Interrelated Teacher and worked there until May 2013. Megan then moved on to Redondo Beach Unified School District in August 2013, where they worked as a Resource Specialist Program (RSP) Teacher.

Megan expanded their teaching experience internationally when they joined Munich International School e.V. in August 2019 as a Teacher. Megan worked at the school until June 2021.
