Asia Grant

Asia Grant is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the creative and digital consultancy fields. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Creative Director at Redoux since July 2019, Asia has been recognized with the Glossier Grant Award, graduated from the McKinsey Next1B Accelerator, and received multiple accolades including the Architectural Digest Cleverest Award in 2021 and 2022, and the Essence Beauty Award in 2024. Prior to Redoux, Asia held positions as a Digital Consultant at Capco from 2018 to October 2020 and as a Design Consultant at IBM from 2017 to 2018, where responsibilities included managing a junior UX team, defining user journeys, and conducting Design Thinking workshops. Asia holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Penn State University and the Schreyer Honors College, and studied at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
