Sergio Licon

Sergio Licon is a Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in product design and development, currently working at RedoxBlox since January 2026. Prior to this role, Sergio served as a Mechanical Engineer at Mainspring Energy from October 2022 to December 2025, where responsibilities included managing critical subassemblies, vendor communications for component optimization, and leading investigations on mechanical issues. Sergio also held the position of Associate Mechanical Engineer at Stanford University and contributed as a Course Assistant in the Product Realization Lab, coaching students in project fabrication. Additionally, Sergio gained experience as a Color Manufacturing Quality Engineer at Apple and completed internships at Applied Medical and Stanford’s Summer Undergraduate Research Institute, where skills in design validation and statistical analysis were developed. Sergio holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, complemented by a high school diploma from San Dimas High School.
