Kristina Belle serves as the Chief Investment Officer at RedPad Games since February 2023, focusing on developing brands and ecosystems for gamers and investors. Previously, Kristina was the Chief Executive Officer of Uni Gem Blockchain Agency, where advisory services facilitated the growth of over 1,200 entrepreneurs and the launch of more than 46 startups across various sectors, from real estate to GameFi. Additionally, Kristina held the role of Chief Marketing Officer at SkyRocket Capital, providing insights into business challenges and recommending innovative revenue solutions. Earlier, Kristina founded multiple startups through IE Belle and gained marketing experience at IKEA, where responsibilities included market analysis, event coordination, and budgeting. Kristina holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management from Ufa State Aviation Technical University.
