Jasmine Mirshahabi

Jasmine Mirshahabi has a long and varied work experience. Jasmine began their career in 2010 as a Recruiting Manager at MetLife of Southern California. Jasmine then joined Lieberman Research Worldwide in 2012 as a Talent Acquisition Manager, where they managed two direct-reports and attended networking functions, career fairs, workshops & training sessions about recruitment and market research & consulting. In 2018, Jasmine moved to SpaceX as a Technical Recruiter where they sourced, pre-screened, tested, interviewed and negotiated compensation packages for the Vehicle Engineering team. In 2019, they joined Compass as a Recruiting Manager, Engineering and later became Recruiting Lead (April 2021 IPO) and Senior Technical Recruiter. In 2022, they began working at Redpanda Data as a Talent Manager.

Jasmine Mirshahabi has two Bachelor's degrees from UC Irvine, one in Social Psychology and one in Criminology.
