Ron Kilby

Ron Kilby is an experienced electrical professional with a strong background in various leadership roles within the mining and construction industries. Currently serving as Maintenance Superintendent at REDPATH MINING since December 2019, Ron manages Electrical and Mechanical departments for shaft refurbishing projects. Previous positions include Chief Electrician and Shaft Electrician at Redpath Mongolia LLC, and Electrical Supervisor roles at Cementation Canada Inc. and Goldcorp, where oversight of hoist plant operations and underground distribution was critical. Ron's career also includes significant contributions to Liberty Mine and Brass Pole Electric, showcasing expertise in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and project management. Ron completed a degree in the Electrical Apprentice Program at Northern College of Applied Arts and Technology and attended Fanshawe College.
