George Lynch

George Lynch is a seasoned professional in the energy transition and infrastructure sector, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Redpath Partners since July 2025. In addition to this role, George has been the Director of Rosie Campbell’s, a vibrant restaurant in Surry Hills, NSW, since May 2020. Prior experience includes leading the search practice at The Green Recruitment Company from April 2021 to June 2025, focusing on Project Development and Engineering across Australia and New Zealand. George’s recruitment expertise encompasses partnerships with developers, IPPs, EPCs, and financial institutions, addressing the needs of greenfield development teams. George holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Organisational Psychology, both from Macquarie University.
