J. Sterling Crawford, MBA

J. Sterling Crawford, MBA has a diverse work experience, beginning with their current role as Project Manager for redpepper since 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Vice President of Operations for Celebration Records LLC from 2019 to 2021. From 2012 to 2016, they were employed at Ingram Content Group, where they held various roles including Project Manager, Manager of Client Integration, Digital Content Engineer, and Digital Content Specialist. During this time they were responsible for overseeing the new client on-boarding process, managing Ingram's new client on-boarding portal, ensuring best practice in digital workflow processes, and managing vendor relationships. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Project Manager for Lipscomb Learn Days, where they coordinated with people at all levels of partner organizations to plan, schedule, and organize on-site visits for groups of approximately 30 students/faculty from the College of Business. Lastly, from 2009 to 2012, they held the role of Chemical Operations Specialist and L4 BIDS Operator for the United States Army Reserve.

J. Sterling Crawford obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Law, Justice & Society from Lipscomb University in 2012. In 2016, they returned to Lipscomb University and earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Leadership in 2017. In 2017, they also obtained two additional certifications, Advanced Project Management and Project Management One: Essential Principles and Tools from The Outset Group.
