Karin Amnehagen

Karin Amnehagen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Karin started their career in 1993 at Ericsson Telecom AB, where they worked as a Software Engineer and later as a Project Manager until 1998. From 1998 to 2003, they worked at Softsys Datakonsult AB/Mandator AB as a Consultant, taking on various roles such as Technical Coordinator, Project Manager, and Software Engineer.

In 2002, Karin joined FMV as an Assistant Total Project Manager, where they worked until 2005. Karin then became a Partner at Tollgate 3 AB from 2003 to 2008.

From 2007 to 2018, Karin worked at Trafikförvaltningen as a Solution Architect for Integrations. Karin was responsible for key integration projects and played a crucial role in implementing the organization's new integration platform. During this time, they also held roles as Project Manager and Technical Project Manager.

In 2019, Karin joined Scania Group as an Integration Architect, contributing to the company's transformation journey towards a self-service concept called "API First." Karin played a role in introducing API management platform WSO2 and the creation of an API Marketplace.

Karin also worked at Nous AB as an Owner from 2008 to 2020, and at Arbetsförmedlingen from 2020 to 2021 as an Integration Architect and Product Owner for ICC, responsible for architecture and implementation of integrations using various products.

Most recently, Karin has been working at Redpill Linpro as a Senior Consultant and more recently as the API & Integration Consult Manager for the Stockholm office starting from August 2021.

Karin Amnehagen completed their education at The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University from 1987 to 1993, earning a Master of Science in Engineering (civilingenjör) degree in the field of Engineering Physics/Applied Physics (Teknisk Fysik). In addition to their formal education, Karin also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In October 2019, they became a Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) through Scrum.org. Furthermore, in March 2017, they obtained the certification of Certifierad IT-arkitekt Master from Dataföreningen Kompetens. Lastly, Karin became a MuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 1 (Mule 4) in January 2021 from MuleSoft.
