Pia Hauch

Pia Hauch serves as the VP of Growth and Chief of Staff at Redpin, a global payments business focused on the international residential property market, since February 2023. As the London Chapter Lead and member of the Operators Guild since September 2017, Pia engages with top finance and operations leaders in technology. Pia also contributes to Ada Ventures as an Ada Angel, supporting inclusive venture funding. Previously, Pia held significant roles at Checkout.com as Country Manager for the UK and Senior Director of Global Operations, as well as COO of Cabin Technologies, and managed strategy and operations at Munchery and Starbucks. Early career experience includes analytical positions at J.P. Morgan, Wells Fargo, and BORN.COM. Pia holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Comparative and International Economics from Stanford University and has further education from Copenhagen Business School and Ecole Bilingue de Berkeley.
