Brad Boyer

Brad Boyer has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Brad currently works at Redpoint Global Inc. as the Director of Solutions Engineering since January 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Solutions Architect at the same company from October 2019 to January 2022.

From 2012 to 2019, Brad worked at Teradata as a Senior Solutions Architect, where they provided leadership and guidance on outcome-focused solutions in active sales opportunities and professional services engagements. Brad leveraged architectures and deployment approaches combining Teradata with open-source solutions for cloud, hybrid cloud, and on-premise. Brad also had expertise in real-time decisioning, supporting client organizations and developing a framework for balancing decisions across customer service and sales objectives.

Before Teradata, Brad worked at Convergys as a Customer Solutions Strategist in the Telecommunications and Healthcare sectors from 2010 to 2012. Brad provided expertise in customer interaction management technologies, including CRM, real-time interactions, call center, and IVR. Brad played an integral part in sales motions, developed detailed business cases/ROI, and provided field insights for product development and market positioning.

In 2009, Brad briefly worked at InterContinental Hotels Group as a Senior Business Consultant. Prior to that, they were the Director of Professional Services at SugarCRM from 2008 to 2009, managing project and client management, methodology development, and pre-sales efforts.

Brad's work experience also includes roles at KnowNow, Inc. as the Director of Professional Services in 2007, and at Infor, where they held various positions from 1999 to 2007, including Regional Director, Principal Architect, Group Director, and Technical Architect in the Professional Services division.

Brad began their career at Xerox in 1987 as a Senior Manager of Application Development, overseeing teams implementing Decision Support and Executive Information applications. Before that, they worked at Electronic Data Systems as a Programmer Analyst from 1984 to 1987.

Brad Boyer earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General from the University of South Florida, where they studied from 1980 to 1984.
