Grant Phillips

Grant Phillips is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the consumer goods and beverage industries. Currently serving as Vice President at Vitalus Nutrition Inc since April 2018, Grant is responsible for defining B2B strategy and driving growth in specialty dairy ingredients. As the Founder of RedQ, Grant provides strategic leadership to consumer goods companies in competitive markets. Additionally, Grant holds the role of Strategic Advisor for Kuju Coffee and has a notable tenure at Nestlé from 2001 to 2017, where various strategic and executive positions were held, including leading the beverage business in Southern Africa and overseeing M&A activities across Asia, Oceania, and Africa. Grant's early career includes significant roles at Pulse Ltd. and TRO, supported by advanced education including an MBA from Warwick Business School.
