Richard Bartlett

Richard Bartlett is an accomplished financial and engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at GreenHearth, Richard focuses on advancing the transition to Net Zero through affordable renewable energy solutions. As a Trustee of REDR UK, Richard contributes to training individuals in essential disaster response skills. Additionally, Richard is a member of the Board for the Prime Collateralised Securities initiative, which aims to strengthen the asset-backed securities market in Europe. Previously, Richard held executive positions at Auden, where the focus was on providing financial services to underserved individuals, and at NatWest Markets Plc, leading debt origination across multiple regions. Richard's early career included roles at Barclays and Knight Piesold, where a foundation in civil engineering was established.
