Daimen Fondo is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in restaurant management and service. Currently serving as a FOH Manager at Lehigh Valley Restaurant Group since January 2014, Daimen has also worked as a Server/Bartender at Keeleys Alehouse and Grille since May 2013. Previous experience includes roles as a Host, Server, and Cook at Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs from June 2009 to December 2011. Daimen holds a degree from Penn State University, completed in 2012.
