Ghassan Moussa has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Ghassan started their career as an Accountant and PR at Ciros's Pomodoro in 2001. Ghassan then moved on to Byblos Hospitality Group where they held various managerial positions, including Restaurant and Night Club Manager, Food and Beverage Manager, and Room Division Manager. In 2008, Ghassan joined The Abraham Lincoln A Wyndham Historic Hotel as the Director of Food & Beverage. Most recently, they have been working at Red Robin - Lehigh Valley Restaurant Group, starting as a Restaurant Manager in 2012 and progressing to roles such as General Manager, Executive General Manager, and Regional Operations Director.
Ghassan Moussa graduated from Tishreen University in 1998 with a degree in Economics, specifically focusing on Financial Accounting. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2004, they received a Fosters Draught Beer Academy Certificate from Fosters. In 2007, they obtained The Dewar's Whisky Master Class Certificate from JOHN DEWAR & SONS COMPANY and The Diageo Every Serve Perfect Certificate from Diageo. In 2012, Ghassan Moussa obtained the SERVE SAFE certification from the National Restaurant Association and the T.I.P.S Certified (Training for Intervention ProcedureS) from Health Communications, Inc. (The TIPS Program). In 2013, they became First Aid/CPR/AED Certified by the American Red Cross. Most recently, in 2014, they earned the R.A.M.P certification from the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board.
