Douglas Terborg

Douglas Terborg has a diverse background in IT support and engineering roles spanning over 25 years. Douglas currently works as a Senior Network Engineer at RedRock Information Security LLC since 2023. Prior to that, Douglas was employed at ITPartners+ from 2019 to 2023, where they served as a Senior Automation Engineer and IT Support Engineer. Douglas was responsible for developing and maintaining remote management and monitoring solutions for clients. From 2014 to 2019, Douglas worked as a Managed Services Administrator and IT Engineer at Macatawa Technologies. Here, they provided preventative maintenance, remote support, and emergency response for clients. Douglas also created tools to optimize network and system performance. Douglas served as the Information Technology Manager at PrepNet, LLC from 2013 to 2014, overseeing IT operations. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Support Specialist at CU*Answers Network Services, providing systems and network support for over 200 credit unions. Prior to that, Douglas worked as a Systems Administrator at Ionia Public Schools from 2002 to 2012, managing various IT systems.
