Gareth Stansfield

Gareth Stansfield is a seasoned professional in land acquisition and development, currently serving as Land Director at Redrow since February 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing the acquisition of development sites in the North West. Previous roles include Senior Development Manager and Development Manager, demonstrating a strong track record in strategic contracts and negotiations. Prior experience includes positions at HYNDBURN HOMES REPAIRS LIMITED as a Board Member, and various roles at Mansell, Rok, and Richardson Homes, starting as a Trainee Land Buyer. Gareth holds a BSc (Hons) in Property Management & Investment from The University of Salford, completed in 2011.
