Harish Lad

Harish Lad is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial management and strategic planning. Currently serving as Finance Director at Redrow Homes since March 2014, Harish has been instrumental in overseeing financial operations and providing strategic financial insights for the group. Previously, as Head of Finance for Redrow Homes Ltd - London Division from July 2003 to March 2014, responsibilities included preparing annual budgets, five-year strategic plans, cash flows, and project appraisals. Harish began the career as an Accounts Assistant at Phones4u, where the focus was on maintaining fixed assets and managing cash flow. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Northampton and A Levels in Business Studies from Ashlawn School.
