Emily Drews has over 14 years of work experience in sales and account management. Emily began their career in 2007 at SC Johnson as a Manager, Sales Account Management Dollar General. In this role, they managed a $35MM Home Cleaning business and a $10MM Air Care Seasonals business at Dollar General. Emily also served as a project Super User on a cross-functional SAP sales forecasting solution. Emily then moved to Tom's of Maine in 2014 as a Team Lead, Natural Channel, where they led the strategy and performance of the Natural channel/class of trade. Emily also developed two direct reports and managed an entire portfolio of Tom's of Maine products. In 2020, Emily joined Pacifica Beauty as a Senior Sales Director, Strategic Accounts, where they led the strategy and business growth of Strategic retail accounts. Emily also developed new partnerships with key retailers to fuel joint business growth and make Vegan & Cruelty Free Beauty accessible to all. Emily is currently a Senior Sales Director at Red's All Natural.
Emily Drews attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 2005 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing and Accounting.
