Christopher Norris

Christopher Norris has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Christopher is currently working as an IT Systems Engineer at RedSail Technologies, LLC since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at QS/1 Data Systems as a Technology Support Specialist 1, where they installed and configured corporate desktop and laptop systems. Norris also has experience in the United States Air Force, where they served as a System Administrator. Their responsibilities included installing, supporting, and maintaining servers and other computer systems, as well as supervising computer operators and providing consultation for complex computer-based problems. Norris held this position from November 2009 to November 2013.

Christopher Norris began their education at the University of South Carolina Upstate, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminal Justice. Christopher attended the university from 2004 to 2008. After completing their bachelor's degree, they pursued further education at the Community College of the Air Force, graduating with an Associate's degree in Information Technology. From 2010 to 2012, they studied at the Community College of the Air Force.

Additionally, Christopher has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2010, they achieved the CompTIA S+ certification. In 2015, they earned the IBM Certified System Administrator - Notes and Domino 9.0 certification. Most recently, in March 2021, they obtained the MS-900 - Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification from Microsoft.
