Shawn Keene

Shawn Keene is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in system administration, data analytics, and operational excellence. Currently serving as an IT Systems Engineer specializing in Cloud Services and Data Analytics Manager at Teleflora since October 2010, Shawn has previously held roles such as Web Solutions Analyst and Operational Excellence Analyst, contributing to the improvement of web hosting services and online marketing. In addition to responsibilities at Teleflora, Shawn manages web services for Gibborim Studios and Soulcon Ministries, overseeing their respective Microsoft services. Recognized as a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) for significant contributions to technical communities, Shawn also has experience as a Service Level Analyst at Convergys. Shawn earned a degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Oklahoma between 2004 and 2007.
